Welcome to Sadguru Oil. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who May Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase from us.

2. Products & Description Accuracy

We take care to describe our products accurately. However, product images are for illustration only, and the natural colour, texture and aroma of cold-pressed coconut oil may vary slightly between batches. Coconut oil naturally solidifies below approximately 24°C — this is a sign of purity and not a defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, placed in error, or that we are unable to fulfil. Where we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.

5. Your Account & Responsibilities

Whether you create an account or check out as a guest, you are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for keeping any account credentials confidential. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address or contact details.

6. Intellectual Property

The "Sadguru Oil" name, logo, website content, text, graphics and product images are the property of Sadguru Oil and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access, or to place orders using false or another person's details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadguru Oil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka.
