Delivery Areas

We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners, Shiprocket and Amazon Shipping. Serviceability depends on your pincode, which is checked at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

- Metro and nearby cities: 3–7 business days

- Remote areas, North-East, and Jammu & Kashmir: 5–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary by location and courier.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹49 per order. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. The applicable shipping charge is always shown in your cart and at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we share a tracking number and courier link. You can track your order any time on our Track Order page using your order number and registered mobile number.

Packaging

Our coconut oil is packed in secure, leak-proof, food-safe packaging designed to protect the product during transit.

Failed Delivery & RTO

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier may re-attempt delivery or return the shipment to us (RTO). In such cases we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural events, strikes or public holidays, though we will always do our best to help resolve any issue.
